

In the fall of 1961 Josephine Marnell, with the help of her family opened Aunt Josie's Restaurant on the north side of Syracuse, New York. In January of 2004, Aunt Josie's Catering was started to make it even easier for our loyal customers to enjoy Aunt Josie's original recipes.


Today, Aunt Josie's grandson Michael Caruso
and his wife Barbara run the Catering business and recently expanded it to
include; Ready Made Deli Style Sandwiches, Wraps, Salads and Deserts.
